The website jatniel.dev collects personal data only to the strict minimum necessary.
Data may be collected in the following cases:
a) Contact form
Data collected: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message, and any information voluntarily provided by the user. The message is delivered by email through the Brevo service: the website stores it neither in its database nor in its logs.
Purpose: to respond to enquiries and discuss project or service requests.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject when the enquiry relates to a service, or legitimate interest for the management of received messages.
Retention period: up to 3 years from the last meaningful contact, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires otherwise.
b) Browsing data
The website measures its audience with Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that stores no tracker on your device (pages viewed, referrer, device type), on the basis of legitimate interest. If you accept it, Google Analytics also measures audience (see section 5). The hosting provider may also keep technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security purposes.
3 — Appointment Booking via Calendly
The website may contain an external link to Calendly to allow users to book an appointment.
No data related to appointment booking is collected directly by jatniel.dev while the user remains on this website.

Collected data is used exclusively for:
- responding to messages submitted via the contact form;
- handling professional enquiries;
- improving the website's content and performance;
- ensuring the technical security of the website.
No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
5 — Cookies and Trackers
The website only uses the cookies and storage strictly necessary for its operation and, only if you accept them, Google Analytics cookies. Ahrefs audience measurement sets no cookies.
YouTube videos embedded in articles use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): no tracking cookie is set before you start playback. Since the player is loaded from Google's servers, your IP address is nevertheless sent to them when the video is displayed.

It is processed on his behalf by the following providers, within the limits of their roles: o2switch (website hosting, France); Brevo, Sendinblue SAS (delivery of contact form messages, France); Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. (cookieless audience measurement, Singapore); and, only if you accept it, Google (Google Analytics).
7 — Transfers Outside the European Union
Contact form data is processed within the European Union. If you accept Google Analytics, or display an embedded YouTube video, data (including your IP address) may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; these transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Ahrefs audience measurement is operated by a company based in Singapore.
If the user chooses to use a third-party service accessible via an external link (such as Calendly), any resulting data processing is governed by that service's own privacy policy.
